She is the third team member of Key Team under Susan Monette and also serves as team Business Development Director and Social Media Manager. Her love of content creation and all things digital marketing named her Innovator In Marketing 2022 from Northeast Association of Realtors®, where she also serves as Vice Chair of Education Committee. 

Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, she is the first-female Crypto Certified Agent in MA and the first-certified in all of NH. Last year, Key Team closed 59 transactions and sold 29 million in volume with Stephanie contributing 14 sides and 7 million in volume in her second year as a full-time Realtor®.  

A Southern NH native (Manchester) and a current Merrimack Valley MA resident (Bradford/Haverhill), she is heavily influenced by her years living in California: San Diego for college, San Francisco for grad school, and Los Angeles as an actress, but she loves the architecture of New England the best and yes, misses the weather. Upon returning from CA, she built a successful book of business as a all-star personal stylist in beauty for Norsdtrom, utilizing digital marketing and social media to connect with her clients until a relative mentioned her modern sales approach would be a great fit for the new real estate industry where video and digital marketing is changing the way homes are sold. 

Marketing homes with the professional eye of a Content Creator, Producer, and Director, she crafts bespoke home selling digital campaigns for her clients across all social media platforms that attract massive online attention, mega open houses, and the ability to demand top dollar and multiple offers in the shortest listing time possible.
